Request deletion in the app

1. Open PetMate and sign in.
2. Open the account menu.
3. Choose Account deletion, then confirm the request.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot sign in, use the web request form. Form link: PLACEHOLDER: web form URL not set.

What is deleted

• Your owner account and sign-in details.
• Your pets' profiles, photos, preferences and mode settings.
• Your private passports and health files, including any share links.
• Your matches and messages, removed from your side and deleted from ours.

We keep reports and moderation records and legal records for the period set in our privacy policy. PLACEHOLDER: retention period and backup purge timeline.

Deleting your account cannot remove copies that other people have already downloaded or screenshotted.
