Is Breeding on by default?
No. Breeding is a separate mode that you turn on for each pet. Likes and matches in Playdates never carry over to Breeding.
Does PetMate check my pet’s health documents?
No. Vaccination status and notes are owner-reported, and documents are uploaded by the owner. PetMate does not review them and does not replace veterinary advice.
Can I adopt, rehome or sell a pet on PetMate?
No. PetMate only connects owners for playdates and breeding introductions. It has no adoption, sales, marketplace or booking features.
How do I change or cancel PetMate Plus?
Subscriptions are managed in the store you bought them in. Your pets, matches and chats are kept if you cancel.
